With a little twist.
Cup chocolate coconut milk
Handful spinach
1 small frozen banana
1 tsp instant coffee
1 tsp peanut butter
1 tsp flaxseed cocoa & berries
1 tsp chia seeds
Blend & your done! Tastes so good & with all health benefits!
I also made peanut butter on toast with banana..
Of corse I couldn't eat alone after graham gave me an extra 30mins in bed! Violet had to share!
