Cookie Dough Oatmeal!

This a recipe i came across which looked so good i couldn't resist but to make & share it with you!
its super healthy & tasty!

So first thing you want to add 1/4 cup of porridge oats to a mini chopper ( i use the ninja) and blitz till a fine powder..

Then you want to add 2/3 cup of chick peas on top along with either a sweetener sachet or drops ( i use stevia powder), also add 1 tsp of vanilla essence & 1tsp of almond or peanut butter

Start blending then slowly add almond or coconut milk to get the consistency you want..

once its done it should looked like a creamy dough like porridge!

I sprinkled over a tsp of nutty flaxseed & a few choc chips!

 i popped it in the microwave for a minute then added a touch more almond milk delicious!
