Happy Halloween! A simple way to toast your Pumpkin Seeds!

So first thing you need to do is give your seeds a good wash and get rid of any slimy pumpkin flesh..
 Dry them off in  tea towel..
 im coating mine in a drizzle of Avocado oil & sea salt.. you can use what every
 you like even make them sweet by using honey!
 Place them on your tray spread out as even as you can..
 Pop in a preheated oven at 190 for 10-15 mins!
you can either eat them as they are or some people like to pop them open and eat the seed inside.. i prefer to eat them whole though!
