Chocolate (Carnation) Caramel Muffins

I had a can of Carnation Caramel just sat in the cupboard and really just wanted to use it up!
So i made so yummy not so healthy muffins! these are super moist and actually taste better a day old!

You will need 250g Self raising flour


100g soft brown sugar


60g of Cocoa powder


add in a tsp of baking powder


Add in 2 eggs & 150ml Milk


 And finally 4tbsp of veg oil ( i used coconut oil)


Mix then add the whole can of caramel!


Yummm...


 Spoon into muffin moulds / paper cake liners or i use silicon cake moulds ( non stick) the batch made 12.


Pop in the a preheated 190c oven for 20mins.. 


These are so light, fluffy & sticky! i definitely preferred them the next day though..
