Anyway i have a really yummy healthy banana bread recipe i really want to share..
Ingredients:
Wholemeal or white flour
Soft brown sugar or caster sugar
3/4 very ripe bananas
baking powder
vanilla essence
flaxseed ( i use the flaxseed with extra nuts) this is an optional step
coconut oil or veg oil
1 egg
First thing to do is mash your bananas
Add in 1/2 cup sugar
A tsp vanilla, 1 egg & 1/4 cup of coconut oil and mix
add 1 Tsp baking powder
1.5cups flour ive used a mixture of wholemeal & white because i run out of wholemeal!
add in the 1/2 cup flaxseed ( optional)
Tip in to greased loaf tin & sprinkle over some extra flaxseed.
Pop in a preheated oven at 180c for 40mins.
