Ive just put the children Christmas Eve Basket out by the tree for tomorrow. I am so very excited to see the look on their faces in the morning lets just hope they don't think its Christmas just yet!

Including plates/ bowls & cutlery ( all Christmasy designed ha! )
Ive also thrown in snowman FUN from lush which is a 4 in 1 play-doh washing bar.
A DIY 'santa stop here' sign

Homemade Christmas Gift Ideas!

I really wanted to share these very inexpensive yet cute homemade gift ideas with you that i made a few weeks back ready for friends and family!

I made the Reindeer Hot chocolates for Alisters school teachers for the end of term as a thank you, he   pretty much made these as they are very easy to do and fun!

I love the personalised mugs using sharpie pens! Such a creative and cheap gift. This one would also be great for children to get involved in.

Gingerbread biscuit  Jar gift. I thought the idea of layering ingredients up to make a specific gift would be great for any friend or family member, sometimes not everyone has the time to do it from scratch so this is a great little gift that only requires a bowl, 1 egg and 1 cup of butter! Easy to find baking recipes to suit everyone also!

Watch my video to see exactly what you need and how to make them!

Christmas Gift Ideas for Her 2014!

I love this time of year browsing online and in-store for the perfect gifts for family and friends and for myself if I'm honest! I really wanted to share some of the products i have come across which not only would i buy for other people but i would absolutely love for myself and hopefully this might also give you some ideas if your struggling to find the perfect gift for Christmas!

1- Yves Saint Laurent Opium Black- Now my mum has always loved the Opium Original and to be perfectly honestly the original scent is not my cup of tea at all! But the new Black addition is divine. I personally would say this scent if for the younger lady, its a very sweet and girly scent although if thats what your into than go for it! I also love the glitter bottle. This fragrance would be great for a New Years Eve party! RRP- £42 -30ml- £90 -100ml

2- GHD limited edition rose gold straighter- Ok so I've never owned GHD's before! But i used to use my sisters years back and all my friends have them!  These are such beautiful looking straighteners in this lovely rose gold metallic colour, not only are GHD the best hair straighteners out there. GHD's heat unto 230c in just 30sec and these specific straighteners come with a sleep mode so they automatically turn off after 30 mins. Id also love to try and curl my hair with these! RRP £130

3- Clarisonic Mia 2 skin cleansing system - I actually have requested one of these for Christmas! As your aware my skin is forever playing up so hoping this will help it out a bit!  "The Clarisonic Mia 2 Sonic Skin Cleansing System uses a patented sonic frequency of more than 300 movements per second to clean, soften and smooth skin. In just 60 seconds, the action removes more makeup and more dirt and sebum than cleansing with your hands alone. Removing more dirt and sebum from your pores also helps prepare for a better skin care regime."   I thought id paste that in above as i tells you exactly what it does! I think any woman or even teenager with problematic skin would love this gift! RRP £120

4- Olivia Burton dot dial leather watch- Im currently in need of a new watch, I've had my Skagen for a few years and its pretty scratched up! The plain jane i am i was so drawn to this classic looking watch by Olivia Burton , i love the dot detail on the dial and the brown leather strap. Its a dainty but not blingy and thats what i like! Its a bargain price to at RRP £65. It also comes in a few other
colours to.

5- Joules Cream check Heyford Scarf- Me the scarf obsessed woman that i am i had to include a tartan one! I definitely believe you can never have too many! This checked scarf from Joules is the perfect winter staple to throw on any time of day. I love the different autumnal colours and the size ( its nice and oversized but not too big!) RRP £24.95

6- Whistles small patch work clutch- Im in love with this leather clutch from whistles! I actually had my eyes on the clutch which was holographic all over but than i saw this one which was more subtle! I think the added glitzy patches makes the clutch much more interesting and i think it would go with pretty much my whole evening wardrobe since i wear a lot of navy but with the holographic patch it technically means this clutch will pair with most outfits of any colour result! RRP £55

What are you hoping for Christmas?

Doing abit at a time | Wrapping ideas.

Ive started my Christmas wrapping! shock horror i know what your all thinking.. you probably all thought id be on it every year anyway and be fully wrapped and organised but to be perfectly honest i hate wrapping with a passion!

Graham usually does the majority of the wrapping because 1 i buy all the gifts and 2 i just don't have the patience! Having said that I've bitten the bullet and started wrapping up this weekend and feels really good to do bits at a time.

Usually i buy cute and fancy wrapping paper but this year i thought id go for something different for the friends and family. I have opted for the average brown paper with cute tags, ribbons and i got this gorgeous stamp from amazon for only £2.60 stamp just to add an extra christmasy feel to it!

Heres a mixture of my current supplies from lots of different stores from ASDA, WILKO, 99P store and amazon!

I also love nothing more then putting gifts into pretty tissue paper and christmasy gift bags!
Its a quick and easy way to present a gift without too much faff either.
