Hey everyone i wanted to share how easy it is to make homemade healthy lollies for the kids over the summer!
This is just an example of what you can put in your lollies.
The fruit list is endless so just experiment!
1 whole banana
12 fresh strawberries
half a mango
and 400ml coconut water ( any water or even milk would work great!)

Pour into your lolly moulds these ones are from ikea.
Pop in the freezer and you've got your smoothie lollies!
