This week Ive started daily Vlogging and to be totally honest it was a random and last minute idea.. I'm really enjoying it and loving having more interaction with my viewers as I've definitely slacked in that department recently. It has been time consuming uploading and editing however i hope to continue and succeed over this next Month!
Im also on week 3 of T25 workouts and so far doing good and still really enjoying it!
Dinner- Garlic & Tomato beef sausages ( our own ) with a bolognese, added mushrooms and spinach served with spaghetti.
Dinner- Roast Lamb
Dinner- Chicken Korma with brown rice and popadoms.
Dinner- Homemade Shepard's Pie with broccoli.
Dinner- Smocked haddock with a homemade parsley sauce, mash and green beans.
Dinner- Slowcooker Sausage Casserole.
Quite a simple meal plan this week let me know if you have a new recipe to try i feel like I'm really stuck in the rutmof eating the same stuff lately!
