Meal Plan for the Week 13th- 19th April
Back on a roll with working out this week been feeling so good and motivated with healthy eating.
Like i said last week I've been choosing to have 1 starchy carb a day.. however sometimes its been 2 but it just depends on what we've been having for dinner and I've been slightly obsessed with having the Flahavans porridge every morning!!!
Its our 6th Wedding anniversary over the weekend, i have no cliue where that time has gone! It has been amazing though, were heading out to our local Koh Thai i can't wait for a glass of Prosecco either!!!
Anway on to my meal plan!
WEDNESDAY- Chicken Korma Curry with brown rice and broccoli.
THURSDAY- Graham made beef burgers in lettuce buns, with a side salad and new potatoes.
FRIDAY- Rump Steak, roasted sweet potato and butternut squash with runner beans.
SATURDAY- OUT KOH THAI!
SUNDAY- Roast Lamb.
MONDAY- Flaked salmon and pea wholewheat pasta in a creamy homemade cheese sauce.
TUESDAY- Tune and chickpea salad in jacket potatoes.
