Alphabet Biscuits recipe & how to..

I purchased these Alphabet cutter/stampers a few weeks ago and i finally got the opportunity to use them yesterday! heres the link to the cutters
I do have my own recipe that i usually use for butter biscuits but thought id try out the recipe on the back of the box.. 
1 Cup butter
1 Cup caster sugar
1 egg
1.5tsp baking powder
1tsp vanilla essence
3 cups plain flour

 First of add the sugar & butter to a bowl and cream them together.. my butter looks super duper yellow because its homemade out of raw milk!
 Add the egg & vanilla
 Finally add in the flour & baking powder
 Once its come together tip out onto a floured work surface
 the warmth of your hands will melt the butter and bring it together to form a huge ball of dough. At this point if its too soft pop it in the fridge to firm up for and hour..
Get ready to roll out and cut the dough!
 you want the dough to be as thick as a pound coin
 Start by cutting the dough with whichever letter you've chosen
 I then placed mine on to a floured tray to print the letter on the opposite side of the cutter..

Remember to re-roll your dough to cut as many biscuits out as possible!
this recipe makes a huge batch!
 Pop in a preheated oven at 160c for 15-20 mins until lightly golden brown!
