Hey Everyone i thought id share my current favourite smoothies with you!
I did a video a long time ago and i will link that below, but these smoothies are totally different you could say my tastes have changed slightly!

( all of my fruit/ veggies are usually frozen if you don't want to freeze them add them fresh then add a few ice cubes)
And remember these measurements are for 1 person so double the batch if needed!
I will be videoing these in there near future also!
Creamy fresh Avocado Smoothie:
You will need:
1 pear chopped
half avocado
half banana
small handful of Spinach
Your own cup/glass measurement of milk i use Almond mainly
1-2 tsp chia seeds
1-2 tsp flaxseed
Refreshing fruit smoothie:
You will need:
2-3 chunks of pineapple
2-3 chunks of watermelon
1-2 strawberries
2-3 raspberries
4-5 blueberries
small handful spinach
your cup measurement of water or even coconut water
1-2 tsp chia seeds
1-2 tsp flaxseed
Morning energy boost smoothie!
You will need:
1 whole banana
large handful spinach
1tbsp peanut butter
1 espresso shot or even your instant coffee (optional)
your cup measurement of milk unsweetened Almond or even chocolate almond milk is delicious in this!
2-3 ice cubes
1tsp cocoa powder
1-2 tsp chia seeds
1-2 tsp flaxseed
Berry Banana Delight
You will need:
1 whole banana
2-3 strawberries
2-4 raspberries
3-5 blueberries
small handful spinach
your cup measurement of milk, water or coconut water
1-2 tsp chia seeds
1-2 tsp flaxseed
The Exotic
You will need:
2-3 chunks pineapple
2-3 chunks mango
2-3 chunks papaya
1-2 ice cubes
small handful spinach
your cup measurement of water or coconut water
1-2 tsp chia seed
