Meal Plan For The Week 5th-11th February

The Weather has definitely gotten colder this last week and I've really been wanting the comfort carb type food however I've been really good at sticking to my meals like normal.
Bring on the spring i need some sun in my life ha!

This week I've officially finished T25 Alpha 5 weeks done and i actually can't believe it... Im really looking forward to the Beta dvd set next week starting although i know its going to be tough!

Breakfast- 2 scrambled eggs and spinach.

Lunch- Soup with slice of wholemeal & 3 dates.

Dinner- Homemade Chicken & Leek Pie with veggies.

Breakfast- Blueberry Pancakes.

Lunch- OUT

Dinner- OUT

Breakfast- Our pork & honey sausages with scrambled eggs and spinach & croissants ( i have my friends staying so a slap up breaky! )

Lunch- Simple beans on toast for all of us.

Dinner- Slowcooker Roast Chicken.

Breakfast- Porridge with tsp cashew nut butter & half a sliced banana- green fruit flavoured tea.

Lunch- Left over chicken salad - yogurt and chopped fruit.

Dinner- Smoked Salmon & cream cheese bagels- Sweet Potato Wedges.

Breakfast- Cacao and banana overnight oats.

Lunch- soft play date so out for lunch.

Dinner- Homemade Fish and Chips and mushy peas./ PANCAKES since its Shrove Tuesday!

Breakfast-Porridge with chopped dates and a dash of cinnamon.- green  fruit flavoured tea.

Lunch-Soup & a slice of wholemeal bread-  piece of fruit.

Dinner- Slowcooker smothered pork chops with brown rice and steamed veggies.

Breakfast-Smoothie- Frozen Bananas & mango with spinach , tbsp yogurt, tbsp rolled oats and milk.

Lunch- Ham, salad Wrap with 3 dates.

Dinner- Slowcooker Beef Stew with steamed green beans.
